Pure Shot Action Photography has developed a number of fundraising opportunities to offer to our client organizations. Pure Shot finds participating retail companies in your area willing to contribute something in regards to the products they sell and Pure Shot produces whatever administrative material that is needed and sells the complete package to the organization.
An example;
A local fine dining restaurant offers us a "buy one entree get the next entree free" for anyone who brings in a "ticket" from the sponsored organization. Another local photography studio offers a free portrait to anyone who brings in a "ticket" from the sponsored organization. If the restaurants average entree cost $20.00 and a free portrait from the local studio is sells for $95.00 the potential value of that ticket is $115.00.

Pure Shot will find the companies to work with, negotiate the offers, produce the tickets, and even incentivize the participants in the organization that are selling the fund raising tickets. Pure Shot would then sell the fundraising package to the organization. An example;
Your organization has 500 participants and each participant is expected to sell a minimum of 10 tickets yet the organization wants as many tickets to be sold as possible so Pure Shot includes incentives for those participants who sell the most tickets. With an organization of 500 Pure Shot may offer as prizes; 1st place Sony PlayStationPlus 2nd place iPod Touch 3rd place 2 tickets to a professional sports game in your area 4th - 25th place A buy one get one free coupon to a local fast food restaurant
Pure Shot Action Photography provides this package to the organization, all the organization has to do is provide the tickets to their participants to sell. If Pure Shot recommends each ticket sell for only $10.00 Pure Shot would would sell the package for $2.50 per ticket sold.
With this example the organization's board has not had to spend any time setting up a fumndraiser, the parents have not had to invest any of their time, and the participants selling the tickets hopefully want to sell more to receive one of the prizes.
In this example the organization, nor the board of directors, nor the parents have had to invest any time or money , and hopefully have excited participants . If only 750 tickets were sold (our experience shows the number should be higher) that would translate to an additional $5,625.00 deposited into the organizations treasury. Not a bad return on the above mentioned investment. |
